General Overview & Applicability

Queen BD (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use services on Queen BD:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Use of the Queen BD platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where online gaming is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration is truthful, accurate, and your own.
• Each individual may operate one account only.

During registration, Queen BD may request a National ID, passport, or other government-issued document to verify your identity. This is part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and is carried out solely for security purposes. Keeping your information safe is our top priority.

Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Queen BD account secure. Never share your login credentials, password, or OTP with anyone — including Queen BD staff. Our support team will never ask for your password.

• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public devices or public Wi-Fi networks.
• Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and subject to penalties.

If any suspicious activity is detected on your account, Queen BD may temporarily suspend it as a security measure. In such cases, we will contact you via your registered mobile number or email.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Queen BD supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly, within 30 minutes at most.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Transactions must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals.

Queen BD monitors all transactions to prevent fraud. If any suspicious activity is detected, we may place a temporary hold on the transaction pending investigation. Additional documentation may be requested in such cases.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Queen BD regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which you should read carefully before opting in.

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered up to the specified amount.
• The same bonus cannot be used more than once.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only. Any individual found creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all associated accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming on Queen BD is conducted in accordance with internationally recognized standards. Each game or event has its own specific rules, which can be reviewed before the game begins.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, Queen BD will handle it in accordance with its established policy.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, all bets placed in that round will be considered void.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change at any time.
• All game outcomes are governed by certified RNG technology and are entirely fair and unbiased.

For betting on cricket, football, or other sporting events, Queen BD uses internationally recognized sources to determine results. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, Queen BD's decision shall be final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Queen BD platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary:

• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Selling, transferring, or renting out your account.
• Creating multiple accounts under false identities.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.

You may also request to close your account at any time. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, though any unused bonuses will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability
